For anyone wanting to live the Schitt’s Creek experience, an entire town is up for sale in Tennessee, according to the realtor leading the sale.
The town was constructed in about 1900 and sits on 7 acres of land, according to a report.
“We’ve had a couple calls from Hollywood asking if they might buy the whole town to use a movie set,” Christa Swartz said on behalf of the four owners of Water Valley, Tennessee.

The asking price for the whole town, a barn, a three-bedroom, three-bath residence, and a creek, is reportedly $725,000.
“I think this is very much a steal. For someone who has more money to invest in it, to make it what it should be … this is an incredible bargain,” Swartz said.
The owners wish that whoever purchases the town preserves it, she added.

“The sellers would really hope that whoever gets it wouldn’t knock down any of the buildings that are here,” Swartz said. “Yes, it needs help, but they’re hoping it can be something a bit Leiper’s Fork-ish. Perhaps a destination for antiques, music venue, or have your weddings here.”
