A young Kansas City Chiefs fan who was recently smeared online over accusations of racism for his attire at a game is of Native American descent.
The child was recently attacked online for photos that showed him wearing a Native American headdress, with one outlet stating the NFL “needs to speak out” against the boy. However, the boy’s mother, Shannon Armenta, has since revealed her son is Native American.
