Former California Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger took a swipe at the Michigan Republican Party on Monday, knocking the group for deceiving people after tweeting an incorrect map of the Los Angeles area.
After the group posted a picture of Los Angeles districts allegedly charted by the “so-called Independent Commission” to make a point about gerrymandering, the Hollywood actor responded by tweeting a picture of the correct map.
Very interesting, @Schwarzenegger, @ChadLivengood, @NotPoliticians. This is what the so-called ‘Independent Commission’ came up with in the Los Angeles area congressional districts. #Justsaying pic.twitter.com/r6EUMZgVo0

“In case you guys need help, this is the map you meant to use,” Schwarzenegger tweeted. “I found this on my machine in about 30 seconds. Try harder next time, and don’t mislead people.”

Schwarzenegger also accused the Michigan GOP of wanting to “keep the status quo of politicians picking their voters,” adding, “I hope you campaign as well as you Google, because that isn’t our map.#justsaying.”
Schwarzenegger, a Republican, was first elected as governor of California in 2003. He did not endorse President Trump during the 2016 campaign and said prior to the November contest he would not vote for Trump.
