Vice presidential nominee Kamala Harris finished her address at the Democratic National Convention Wednesday night by waving to virtual attendees, but a few of the people on the screen were duplicates.
“Apparently, the DNC couldn’t even find 30 people who were excited about Kamala Harris, so they had to duplicate someone’s livesteram,” deputy director of communications for Donald J. Trump for President, Inc. tweeted, accompanied by a screenshot of supporters at the end of Harris’s speech, with a red circle over two boxes showing a set of duplicate livesteams.

Rapid response director at Donald J. Trump for President, Inc, Andrew Clark, pointed out that even more duplicates were spotted during the segment.
“Mother of God there are more,” Clark tweeted, showing three instances of duplicate supporters.

Others also took issue with the duplicates, including former acting Director of National Intelligence Richard Grenell.
“Disaster. Where is the political media?” Grenell tweeted.

Harris accepted the Democratic nomination for vice president Wednesday evening and delivered remarks that relied heavily on her upbringing and family.
“My mother instilled in my sister Maya and me the values that would chart the course of our lives,” Harris said of her late mother, Shyamala Gopalan Harris.
“Oh, how I wish she were here tonight,” Harris said. “But I know she’s looking down on me from above. I keep thinking about that 25-year-old Indian woman, all of five feet tall, who gave birth to me at Kaiser hospital in Oakland, California. On that day, she probably could have never imagined that I would be standing before you now and speaking these words: I accept your nomination for vice president of the United States of America.”
Harris also took aim at President Trump during her speech, implying he’s a “predator.”
“I’ve fought for children and survivors of sexual assault. I’ve fought against transnational gangs. I took on the biggest banks and helped take down one of the biggest for-profit colleges. I know a predator when I see one,” she said.
Trump fired back in real-time on Twitter to denounce Harris’s comment.
“BUT DIDN’T SHE CALL HIM A RACIST??? DIDN’T SHE SAY HE WAS INCOMPETENT???” Trump wrote, referring to Harris’s past criticisms of Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden.
