President Trump argued Friday morning that the press is having it both ways by criticizing him whenever it wants, and then blasting him as un-presidential whenever he fires back.
“Funny how lowly rated CNN, and others, can criticize me at will, even blaming me for the current spate of Bombs and ridiculously comparing this to September 11th and the Oklahoma City bombing, yet when I criticize them they go wild and scream, ‘it’s just not Presidential!’” Trump tweeted early Friday morning.

Nine prominent Democrats were targeted by “potentially explosives devices” delivered to homes and offices this week. Although not all of the packages have been inspected yet, investigators reportedly found that some of the devices are flawed and incapable of exploding.
None of the devices detonated and no one was injured as a result of handling or receiving the suspicious packages.
On Wednesday, Trump condemned the actions and said he would bring justice to those responsible.
“In these times we have to unify, we have to come together and send one very clear, strong, unmistakable message: that acts or threats of political violence of any kind have no place in the United States of America,” Trump said.
Thursday morning, however, the president blamed the press for the growing anger in American society.
John Brennan said he hoped the bomb threats would be a “turning point” that urged the president to change his rhetoric, especially towards the media. The former CIA Director, who was a target of one of the packages, also called for Trump to “act presidential.”
Others targeted by the packages include former President Barack Obama, former Vice President Joe Biden, Bill and Hillary Clinton, Democrat mega-donor George Soros, multiple Democratic members of Congress, and vocal Trump critic Robert De Niro.
