Sarah Palin, a candidate for the House to represent Alaska’s at-large congressional district, is set to deliver remarks at the Conservative Political Action Conference in Texas.
Her remarks were slated to begin at 6:40 p.m. EST, but the program appeared to be running behind schedule.
