Russian President Vladimir Putin kept President Trump waiting an hour past their scheduled meeting time Monday.
The two world leaders were set to meet for their first bilateral meeting at the Presidential Palace in Helsinki at 1:10 p.m., but as of 2:00 p.m., there were still no reports of Putin sightings near the palace.
According to the pool, Putin was wheels down in Helsinki just after 1:00 p.m., and the two appeared together at 2:10 p.m.
Trump waited at his guest house for an hour past his planned departure time. CNN reported that Trump was not in the mood to wait much longer, but the two appeared together shortly thereafter to start the meeting.
