Actress and singer Bette Midler told White House press secretary Kayleigh McEnany to “go f—” herself over a tweet concerning election results in Michigan.
“With all due respect, Kayleigh, go f— yourself. IMHO, Harvard has a lot to answer for,” Midler tweeted at the Harvard Law graduate.
Midler’s tweet came in response to McEnany writing, “After presenting 234 pages of sworn affidavits raising allegations of fraud in Wayne County, Michigan voting, the Wayne County Board of Canvassers has DECLINED to certify their portion of the Michigan vote.”

Two Republicans on Michigan’s Wayne County Board of Canvassers, Monica Palmer and William C. Hartmann, said in signed affidavits on Wednesday that Democrats pushed them to certify votes in the county after they initially refused to certify the ballots.
Wayne County is the most populous county in Michigan and includes Detroit.
“I voted not to certify, and I still believe this vote should not be certified. Until these questions are addressed, I remain opposed to certification of the Wayne County results,” Hartmann said in his affidavits, published by Just The News.
Palmer said in her affidavit, “I rescind my prior vote to certify Wayne County elections.”
Midler has long been a critic of the president and his administration, saying in April that President Trump is jealous of former President Barack Obama.
“There is no end to the cruelty and malignancy of @realdonaldJtrump and his horrifying administration,” Midler said on Twitter at the time. “His overwhelming jealousy of @BarackObama will kill us all.”
