The CEOs of multiple tech giants, including Twitter’s Jack Dorsey, Facebook’s Mark Zuckerberg, and Alphabet Inc.’s Sundar Pichai, will testify before the Senate Commerce, Science, and Transportation Committee at 10 a.m. EDT on Wednesday.
The hearing follows unprecedented efforts by Facebook and Twitter to restrict the visibility of reporting by the New York Post on Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden and his son Hunter Biden. The title of the hearing is “Does Section 230’s Sweeping Immunity Enable Big Tech Bad Behavior?”
