Sens. Elizabeth Warren of Massachusetts and Bernie Sanders of Vermont logged the top speaking times on the first night of the second round of the Democratic presidential debates in Detroit.
Warren spoke for 18 minutes and 11 seconds of the two-and-a-half hour debate, while Sanders had 17 minutes and 31 seconds of total speaking time, according to CNN’s time tracker.
South Bend Mayor Pete Buttigieg logged 14 minutes and 9 seconds, followed by Montana Gov. Steve Bullock, who had 10 minutes and 44 seconds in his first appearance on the debate stage after missing out on qualifying for the first debate in Miami.
Minnesota Sen. Amy Klobuchar and former Texas Rep. Beto O’Rourke also spoke for 10 minutes and 44 seconds each.
Former Maryland Rep. John Delaney had 10 minutes and 24 seconds of total speaking time, while Ohio Rep. Tim Ryan logged nine minutes and 38 seconds.
Rounding out the 10 candidates were self-help author Marianne Williamson, who spoke for eight minutes and 53 seconds, and former Colorado Gov. John Hickenlooper, who had eight minutes and 37 seconds of speaking time.
