New York police Thursday morning were investigating a suspicious package addressed to actor Robert De Niro in lower Manhattan’s Tribeca neighborhood.
The package is reportedly similar to other devices sent to several Trump foes Wednesday. Former President Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton were among the targets of the explosives, along with former CIA Director John Brennan.

The address where the new device was left, 375 Greenwich St., matches that of De Niro’s Tribeca Film Center. De Niro, a vocal critic of Trump who recently told an audience, “fuck Trump,” is the founder of the center.
All the recipients of the suspicious packages are vocal critics of President Trump, which sparked complaints from Democrats that Trump’s rhetoric toward the left is encouraging people to make violent threats against his enemies.
On Wednesday, suspected explosive devices were sent to Brennan via CNN, which prompted CNN to evacuate its New York office complex.
