Law enforcement arrested Stephen Broderick, who is accused of fatally shooting three victims in northwest Austin on Sunday, as details about two of the victims were released.
Broderick, 41, was detained without incident after police received a 911 call about a man walking around U.S. Route 290 near Manor, Texas, on Monday morning. He was carrying a loaded pistol on his waistband at the time of the arrest, police said.
