WASHINGTON — Sarah Westwood is rejoining the Washington Examiner as a political and investigative reporter after having spent the past three years as an on-camera White House reporter at CNN. Sarah first joined the Washington Examiner as an intern and quickly established herself as a skilled and tenacious journalist. With her further experience at the White House for CNN, she is ideally placed to be an important element in the Washington Examiner newsroom.
Prior to her first stint at the Washington Examiner, Sarah attended George Washington University and received the Robert Novak Journalism Fellowship, a yearlong journalism fellowship from the Fund for American Studies, where she researched waste and fraud in foreign aid contracting through the U.S. Agency for International Development.
