House Judiciary summons Mueller to testify on May 23

House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jerry Nadler formally summoned special counsel Robert Mueller to testify before the panel “no later than May 23.”

Nadler, a Democrat from New York, sent a letter to Mueller as Attorney General William Barr briefed reporters on Mueller’s 300-plus page report on Russian interference in the 2016 presidential election, which found no collusion between the Kremlin and the Trump campaign.
