UPDATE: 10:20 a.m. Making matters worse, now train service has stopped completely between Shady Grove and Twinbrook because Pepco wires are hanging over the roadway, according to Metro. The agency has requested shuttle buses to carry passengers past the gap, but riders should expect more delays.
