A bomb squad diffused possible explosive devices found by a real estate agent at a home in District Heights, according to Prince George’s County fire and emergency services.
The real estate agent found what appeared to be two pipe bombs in the basement of a vacant home on the 5800 block of Kentucky Avenue at about 3 p.m. Wednesday, authorities said.
The devices were taken to a laboratory to determine whether they were explosive. It wasn’t immediately clear how the devices were constructed or placed in the home.
