Trump’s approval rating hits all-time low in March: Poll

President Trump’s approval rating hit an all time low in March, when 41 percent of voters approved of him, and 54 percent disapproved, according to Morning Consult poll.

Although Trump continues to poll well among Republicans, where he earned an 83 percent approval, only 10 percent of Democrats said in March that they approved of the job of the president.

The 41 percent approval rating surpasses Trump’s previous low of 42 percent approval in October and November.

Wyoming, Alabama, and West Virginia approve of Trump the most, and Trump has an approval rating of more than 60 percent in those states.

Vermont and Hawaii gave Trump very low approval ratings, both in the low 30 percents, but Washington, D.C. was by far the lowest at only 17 percent approval.

Earlier this week, Trump thanked a right-leaning polling website, Rasmussen Reports, for their ‘honest polling’ of his approval rating, which said it was at 50 percent.
