DC mayor’s speech postponed by weather

WASHINGTON (AP) — District of Columbia Mayor Vincent Gray’s annual speech on the state of the district is being postponed by wintry weather.

The speech was set for Monday night, but now it has been rescheduled for March 11. Gray has traditionally used the speech to tout his accomplishments and introduce new initiatives.
