BALTIMORE (AP) — Howard County police have arrested a Baltimore police officer who, they say, solicited sex from a 14-year-old girl.

Authorities say 44-year-old Charles William Hagee of Columbia was arrested Wednesday at Baltimore police headquarters. He is charged with third- and fourth-degree sexual offense and sexual solicitation of a minor.
