Michael Avenatti, the attorney for porn star Stormy Daniels, teased the release of “more evidence” of his client’s alleged affair with President Trump, but wouldn’t say when they plan on revealing it.
During an appearing on NBC’s “Today” show, host Savannah Guthrie told Avenatti it “seems like you’re playing games” after he tweeted a picture of a DVD in a safe as a “warning shot” to Trump’s personal lawyer Michael Cohen and others associated with the president.
“I’m not playing games,” Avenatti said. “There will be more evidence. It’s just not going to happen right now. Everyone wants immediate gratification. It’s not going to happen right now.”

Avenatti shared the image last week, saying Cohen and anyone else tied to Trump better be careful about what they say about Daniels, whose legal name is Stephanie Clifford.
Daniels is engaged in a legal battle with Cohen after she sued Trump, arguing their nondisclosure agreement is invalid because he never signed it. The lawsuit alleges Cohen used “intimidation and coercive tactics” to keep the adult film star from speaking about the alleged affair that the White House denies happened.
Cohen has since accused Daniels of violating the nondisclosure agreement and has asked for $20 million in damages.
