A savvy friend with lots of political experience writes:
In the uncertain world of politics there is one absolute certainty: when the Washington Post or New York Times runs a story in which Republicans are “warning” other Republicans to not use an issue or change their message, the issue is a grand slam home run for the GOP. To that end I noticed that the Post just ran an article for which they found some Republicans (none who’s ever run for office) “warning” Republicans about the Mosque issue–as if there is a down side to being with two thirds of the American public and Harry Reid and Howard Dean. I trust the candidates will know better.
