Long-shot Democratic primary candidate Rep. Dean Phillips (D-MN) criticized former U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations Nikki Haley on Wednesday for her refusal to participate in a New Hampshire debate.

Phillips, who is challenging President Joe Biden for the Democratic nomination in 2024, has been critical of the Democratic National Committee and Biden for the lack of debates during the primary cycle.
