Eligible residents in Pennsylvania can apply for the state’s property tax and rent rebate of up to $1,000, which will be distributed in the second half of the year.

The rebates are to homeowners or renters in the Keystone State who are 65 and older, at least 50 years old and have a dead spouse, or an adult with a disability, according to the state. To qualify, an applicant must make $45,000 or less annually, with the income requirements tied to the cost of living.
