Border Patrol Council President Brandon Judd claimed that agents don’t want to cut down the barbed-wire fences on the Texas/Mexico border.
Judd appeared on Newsmax’s Saturday Report to respond to the Supreme Court ruling declaring the federal government has the constitutional power to remove barbed wire from the southern border of Texas. While Border Patrol has been instructed to take down the barbed wire, the Texas National Guard is continuing to install more wire, which Judd clarified is not in violation of the Supreme Court ruling.
