Crosby Marketing Communications makes sure to cover all aspects of the marketing field.
“We?re not just advertising, we?re not just interactive, we?re not just public relations,” Crosby president Raymond Crosby said.
“We work in a collaborative fashion.”
Annapolis-based Crosby, which was founded in 1973 by Raymond?s father, Ralph Crosby, grew from a small basement office with one part-time client to a 48-employee firm catering to about 15 major clients.
Some of Crosby?s top clients include the Bozzuto Group, Adventist Health Care and DuPont.
Crosby says that two things make their agency different from others: client and staff tenure.
“In a business where a lot of people change agencies every other year, we keep them,” he said, adding that many clients have been with the firm at least seven to 10 years.
“We also have an excellent staff tenure. On average, our staff members are here far longer than most agencies.”
Their most recent project was a rebranding campaign for the IR Federal Credit Union, who had received a new charter and wanted to expand services to all federal civilian employees.
Their new name ? FedChoice Federal Credit Union ? and brand was launched on Sept. 1. David Bunch, President and CEO of FedChoice, said that the partnership between Crosby and FedChoice was excellent.
“[Crosby] has a very thorough, logical approach to helping their clients determine a market presence,” Bunch said. “They are very creative, they come up with different angles in which you can present who you are.”
