Donald Trump tweeted a video Friday of President Obama mocking Hillary Clinton, a day after the president endorsed the presumptive Democratic nominee.
The video Trump tweeted comes from CNN and shows Obama lambasting Clinton’s vocal support for gun rights in the waning days of the 2008 Democratic primary on the campaign trail in Pennsylvania.
“She is running around talking about how this is an insult to sportsmen, how she values the Second Amendment, she’s talking like she’s Annie Oakley,” Obama says in the video referring to the 19th century female sharpshooter. “Hillary Clinton’s out there you know like she’s on the duck blind every Sunday.”
Trump, who has earned the endorsement of the National Rifle Association, will look to make gun rights a wedge issue in the general election. The 21-second video cuts short Obama’s full remarks blasting Clinton, but Trump added a “#CrookedHillary” for good measure.
