Megyn Kelly and Gaetz blast ‘black national anthem’ at Super Bowl: ‘Does not belong’

Former Fox News host Megyn Kelly and Rep. Matt Gaetz (R-FL) criticized the NFL for its inclusion of “Lift Every Voice and Sing” on Super Bowl Sunday, arguing there’s no need for the song often referred to as the “black national anthem.”

“The so-called Black National Anthem does not belong at the Super Bowl. We already have a National Anthem and it includes EVERYONE,” Kelly wrote on X, which prompted many replies in disagreement.
