March’s Supplemental Security Income payment, worth up to $943 for individual filers, will go out to millions of beneficiaries in just over a week.

The payment will go out a week from Friday, March 1, and is the second payment for 2024 since no payments went out in January due to a scheduling quirk in the Social Security Administration’s calendar. The quirk saw two payments disbursed in December instead.
