The newly opened Illusions Magic Bar and Lounge in Federal Hill will present Spencer Horsman, an escape artist and magician, who will try to escape from two regulation straitjackets while suspended 50 feet above South Charles Street in Baltimore at 9 p.m. today. Horsman, a Baltimore resident, has performed all over the United States and has appeared on “The Late Show with David Letterman.”
“The biggest danger of this feat is loss of perception or ? worse-case scenario ? fainting caused by blood rushing to his head,” said Ken Horsman, Spencer?s father and owner and operator of Illusions.
