President-elect Trump rebuffed Democratic Rep. John Lewis after the Georgia lawmaker questioned the legitimacy of Trump’s presidential election victory.
“Congressman John Lewis should spend more time on fixing and helping his district, which is in horrible shape and falling apart (not to……mention crime infested) rather than falsely complaining about the election results,” Trump tweeted early Saturday. “All talk, talk, talk – no action or results. Sad!”

During a Friday interview with Chuck Todd for NBC’s Meet the Press, Lewis said Russia’s interference with the election sullied Trump’s Electoral College win over Democrat Hillary Clinton.
“I don’t see the president-elect as a legitimate president,” he said.
