President Joe Biden locked eyes, and horns, with one of his chief rivals as he arrived to deliver his State of the Union address.
As Biden was walking into the room, Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) positioned herself on the edge of the aisle. After the GOP firebrand shouted toward the president, Biden turned back to her, and the duo exchanged words.
