Robert Hur is set to appear at a hearing before the House Judiciary Committee at 10 a.m. ET Tuesday.
Hur, the former special counsel who investigated President Joe Biden‘s mishandling of classified documents, released a report confronting the president with concerns about his age and mental fitness. Hur will be grilled by Republicans and Democrats after he did not bring charges against Biden.
