GOP strategists say Sens. Jon Tester (D-MT) and Sherrod Brown (D-OH) are vulnerable with House Speaker Mike Johnson (D-LA) planning to present Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) with two articles of impeachment of Alejandro Mayorkas when Congress returns from recess.

A vote against the articles of impeachment would anger a strong base of conservative constituents.
