Pelosi: The solution is ‘inclusion, justice and peace’

House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi called for “inclusion, justice and peace,” following the deadly shooting of a half-dozen police officers in Baton Rouge, La., on Sunday morning.

Shooters killed three officers and wounded at least three others in the attack, which occurred a week after a shooter killed five Dallas police officers and wounded seven others.

“Americans mourn the tragic murder of three police officers today,” Pelosi, D-Calif., said. “Concerned citizens in Baton Rouge and across America must create communities where inclusion, justice and peace thrive. We must continue to confront violence with peace, despair with understanding, and hatred with love.”
