Darrell Brooks is facing new charges for allegedly intimidating his longtime girlfriend whom he is accused of running over with the same vehicle used in the deadly Waukesha, Wisconsin, parade massacre weeks later.

The new charges, levied by prosecutors on Monday, include felony intimidation of a victim, felony intimidation of a witness, and bail jumping. Brooks, a 39-year-old with a lengthy criminal record, had already been charged with second-degree recklessly endangering safety and multiple misdemeanors, including battery and disorderly conduct for the alleged Nov. 2 attack on his ex-girlfriend, according to the Milwaukee Journal.
