Morgan & Morgan CEO John Morgan is lending his aid in the fight to legalize recreational marijuana in Florida, potentially signaling further political involvement in the future.
The face of the iconic law firm has partnered with the nonprofit organization Smart and Safe Florida, which seeks to pass Amendment 3 to allow marijuana to be available for recreational use. The attorney, a fan of the drug himself, has argued that it ought to be treated in the same manner that wine are beer are.
