A murder suspect in Ohio with a million-dollar bail was released from jail because of a clerical error, according to a report.
The suspect was mistakenly released Monday after his case number was entered into the system incorrectly, according to ABC.
The man was being kept in the Cuyahoga County Jail, where another detainee’s charges were dismissed. The dismissal was incorrectly applied to the murder suspect’s case.
A warrant was issued for his arrest the next day.
