An environmental activism group will not attend Saturday’s Freedom to Vote rally because pro-Israel groups will be in attendance, it announced.

The presence of a number of “Zionist organizations” is too much for Sunrise DC to attend the rally, given the group’s “commitment to racial justice, self-governance, and indigenous sovereignty,” according to a statement.
