Alec Baldwin attended a private memorial for Halyna Hutchins, the cinematographer he accidentally shot and killed Thursday when a prop gun mistakenly contained a real bullet, according to a report.
Baldwin, along with Hutchins’s husband and son, were in attendance at Friday evening’s private memorial, which had grief counselors at the scene, sources told Showbiz 411. A public memorial is scheduled for Saturday in Santa Fe, New Mexico, where Thursday’s tragedy occurred on the set of Rust.

Baldwin tweeted Friday that he was “in touch with [Hutchins’s] husband, offering [his] support to him and his family.”
“My heart is broken for her husband, their son, and all who knew and loved Halyna,” he said.
The actor was shocked and distraught after he fired a prop gun, which he was told was a “cold gun,” accidentally killing Hutchins, 42, and wounding director Joel Souza, 48, with live rounds. Souza is expected to make a full recovery.
