Cruz blasts Seth Rogen in dust-up over Disney movie: ‘You behave online like a Marxist with Tourette’s’

Sen. Ted Cruz fired back at Seth Rogen after the actor told Cruz that the creators of the Disney classic Fantasia, a favorite of Cruz’s, would “hate” him.

“They’re all dead,” the Texas Republican said in response to Rogen. “So I think we’re good. And Walt Disney was a Republican.”

“Even though you behave online like a Marxist with Tourette’s (screaming ‘F U! F U!’ is really, really clever), your movies are typically pretty funny,” Cruz added. “I’m sure you hate that I enjoy them.”

The interaction marks the second time this week that the two have clashed on Twitter.

“F— off you fascist,” Rogen tweeted at Cruz in response to a post from the senator criticizing President Biden for reentering the Paris Climate Agreement abandoned by former President Donald Trump in 2017.

Cruz responded to that criticism as well, sarcastically calling Rogen “charming.”

“Charming, civil, educated response,” Cruz tweeted. “If you’re a rich, angry Hollywood celebrity, today’s Dems are the party for you. If you’re blue-collar, if you’re a union member, if you work in energy or manufacturing…not so much.”
