Donald Trump and former Hillary Clinton revealed early Wednesday evening who would be attending the third and final presidential debate as guests of the campaign.
According to reports Trump will be accompanied by:
- Former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin
- Malik Obama, the half-brother of President Obama
- James O’Keefe, a conservative film activist film activist and head of Project Veritas
- Patricia Smith, the mother of Sean Smith, who was one of four killed in the Benghazi terror attack in 2012
- Leslie Millwee, who alleges that Bill Clinton sexually assaulted her three times during his tenure as Arkansas governor.
- Wayne Newton, Las Vegas-based entertainer
- Marcus Luttrell, former U.S. Navy SEAL
Meanwhile, Clinton will be joined in Las Vegas by:
- Former Secretary of Defense Leon Panetta
- Mark Cuban, billionaire entrepreneur
- Meg Whitman, CEO of Hewlett Packard and longtime Republican
- Kareem Abdul Jabbar, NBA Hall of Famer
- Astrid Silva, immigration activist
- Karla Ortiz, 11-year-old daughter of illegal immigrants
Each campaign is bringing guests designed to highlight their opponent’s vulnerabilities. Clinton’s guest list is dominated by high-profile people who have argued Trump is unfit to serve as president or who might be adversely affected by his hardline stance on immigration.
Trump’s guest list draws attention to Benghazi, sexual assault allegations against former President Bill Clinton and alleged Democratic misdeeds during the campaign, as well as figures likely to appeal to conservatives.
