Pollster Frank Luntz said former President Donald Trump may have an edge in the Sept. 10 debate on ABC News if he uses silence at key moments but also asks his Democratic presidential rival, Vice President Kamala Harris, about questions that “she can’t answer.”
“The debate is everything,” Luntz said on CNN News Central.
