Former President Donald Trump pleaded not guilty to special counsel Jack Smith’s superseding indictment in his Jan. 6 case against the former president.
In a single-page court filing, Trump put forward his not guilty plea in the new indictment, crafted after the Supreme Court’s landmark presidential immunity ruling.
