A U.S. service member was killed in Afghanistan Saturday, according to the NATO-led Resolute Support mission, the second soldier to die in the country in November and the 10th in 2018.
The identity of the service member and details about how they were killed would be shared “at a later stage,” Sgt. 1st Class Debra Richardson, a spokeswoman for Resolute Support, said in a brief statement.
