President Joe Biden, Vice President Kamala Harris, and former President Donald Trump will attend the wreath-laying ceremony to honor the lives lost on Flight 93, one of the planes hijacked as a part of the terrorist attack on Sept. 11, 2001. Passengers on Flight 93 became aware the plane would be used as a missile and took it upon themselves to crash it before that could happen.
The site of the plane crash, which killed 44 people, is in Shanksville, Pennsylvania.
