Rapper Azealia Banks took back her endorsement of Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump in the wake of the newly released video that revealed the way the billionaire mogul talks about women behind closed doors.
She had previously endorsed Trump almost a year ago via Twitter, which she was banned from for unexplained reasons. But as of Friday night, Banks could no longer stomach supporting his presidential bid.
“Womens rights are important and we must protect them,” she wrote on Facebook.
The rest of Hollywood acted predictably after the Washington Post published the video, with stars like Anna Kendrick, Cher, Jenny Slate and Ashley Judd taking to Twitter to condemn his lewd comments.
I never heard him “apologize” for talking to me & others about his family member’s spouse, and especially her breasts. THIS IS WHO HE IS. https://t.co/W9RH1otj0t

“Locker room banter” implies “C’mon, this is how men talk about women.” Like it’s to be expected. That’s the grossest part of all.

Trump did find one Hollywood defender in the form of “Chuck” and “Firefly” star Adam Baldwin, who retweeted Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton’s reaction to the video and accused her of defending her husband, former president Bill Clinton, from “much worse” crimes.
