Former Trump White House strategist and popular podcast host Steve Bannon was released from federal prison Tuesday morning.
Bannon, the host of the War Room podcast and chief executive for the 2016 campaign of former President Donald Trump, was serving a four-month prison sentence for contempt of Congress after refusing to cooperate with a congressional investigation of the Jan. 6 Capitol riot.
