IDAHO FALLS, Idaho — An eastern Idaho judge has suspended the work release for a former Rigby councilman convicted of insurance fraud.

The Post Register reports that 7th District Judge Gregory Moeller made the order Wednesday concerning Lawrence Blackburn.
