A 42-year-old man was killed in a single-vehicle crash early Thursday in Anne Arundel County, police officials said.
Police responded at 1:45 a.m. to the crash of a 2004 Ford Ranger pickup truck along southbound Route 10 just south of Furance Branch Road in Glenn Burnie. The driver’s side of the truck struck a tree. Police said wet road conditions may have contributed to the accident.
The driver, trapped inside the vehicle, was prounced dead, according to the Anne Arundel County Police Department. Police did not release the man’s identity.
