Chelsea Clinton sounded the alarm about tensions that had boiled over between the Clinton Foundation and Teneo Strategies, a consulting firm co-founded by a foundation alum, in a November 2011 email that laid out scathing allegations against two of Bill Clinton’s closest aides.
